At Power Grind Coffee, we believe coffee can do more than fuel your day—it can transform lives. Founded by Chris and Jessica Engler, former pastors turned missionaries, we’re passionate about reaching individuals where they are, especially those facing life’s toughest challenges.
Brewing Hope, One Cup at a Time
Through every order of Power Grind Coffee, we’re supporting temporary housing programs designed to provide stability and renewal for individuals in need. Our mission is simple: to refresh dry bones and bring new life, inspired by the vision of Ezekiel 37.
A Calling to Serve
For years, we partnered with churches and ministries to connect with homeless individuals and those navigating hardships in the Greater Lehigh Valley, PA, and beyond. But we realized many of these individuals wouldn’t step inside a church. They needed us to meet them in their world—on the streets, in encampments, and in everyday spaces.
This calling led to the founding of Mighty Oak Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope directly to those in need. Yet sustaining our mission was a challenge. Many friends and family rightly focused their tithes on their local churches, leaving our outreach without consistent funding.
The Birth of Power Grind Coffee
We needed a sustainable way to continue our work. Over time, we explored various income streams, and Power Grind Coffee was born. Each cup of coffee represents more than a drink—it’s a connection, a moment of hope shared between us and the communities we serve.
